Salford Labour Working for a better, fairer Salford
Your Local Party

Salford Labour Party is made up of two CLP’s (Constituency Labour Parties), as well as 2 wards of a third CLP.
Branch and Constituency Parties meet every month to discuss policy and local issues, get updates from council representatives and and MPs, and to elect officers and delegates. All members of the Labour Party are welcome to their local meetings.
To find out which branch you’re in please check your membership card, your online membership, or contact your CLP secretary (details below).
One of the most important functions we have is to select candidates for election. The local candidates for Parliament and the Council are selected democratically by the membership. By getting involved you too can become a Labour representative for your community.
Your membership card has contact details for your CLP Secretary who can provide you with notices of meetings and events, and you will receive emails about meetings and campaigning throughout the year.
